How electronic invoicing works
The active electronic invoicing management cycle is integrated with different ERP systems and starts from the document creation and the file to be sent electronically continuing with the affixing of digital signature and time stamp, followed by the invoice transmission, to end with the replacement storage.
The process, as far as the formats and safety standards are concerned, is in accordance with the current legislation and ensures full compliance with tax liability.
E-Invoicing must also be managed on EDI billing cycles (Electronic Data Interchange). In this case, integration is made with the ERP management system owned by the customer who will receive the invoice through the electronic route.
